The specialist will interface directly with patients, develop detailed cost estimates using internal tools, and assist with securing payment or arranging financial options.Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or equivalent required One-years' experience in a physician office, patient access, registration, or billing areaPreferred: Bachelor's Degree One-year experience in insurance verification and authorization using Windows (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), an EMR system, Electronic Eligibility System and various websites for third party payers for verification Six months experience using medical terminology
