Job Title: Patient Service Representative

Location: Conroe, TX 77384

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Contract Duration: 3 Months with a strong possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $20 – $22/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient registration and ensure all required forms are completed
• Verify insurance benefits and patient demographics
• Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and diagnostic tests
• Communicate with patients, providers, and staff regarding appointments and clinic flow
• Handle patient inquiries regarding wait times and appointment status
• Support clinic operations, including documentation, filing, and office coordination

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma + 2 years of customer service experience (healthcare setting required)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Pediatric experience (preferred)
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, clinic systems)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
