Patient Services Manager – Mental Health Clinic 

Location: Nocatee, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time 
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually + bonus opportunities + growth potential 

Lead clinic operations while delivering a high-touch, patient-centered experience in a growing outpatient mental health organization. 

Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Patient Services Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, develop teams, and ensure every patient feels supported, informed, and valued. No healthcare experience is required — we provide comprehensive training. What matters most is leadership ability, emotional intelligence, and a passion for service. 

 

About the Role 

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations with a strong focus on patient experience 
  • Coach and develop teams to deliver warm, professional, concierge-level service 
  • Ensure patients feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their care journey 
  • Healthcare experience not required — full training provided 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver patient-first, concierge-style care 
  • Manage daily operations, staffing, and workflow challenges efficiently 
  • Support patient education and clearly communicate available services 
  • Monitor performance metrics and coach teams toward goals and standards 

 

Requirements (Must-Haves) 

  • 3+ years of team leadership or operational management experience 
  • Proven success managing performance metrics and outcomes 
  • Experience leading performance conversations and coaching individuals 
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset 

 

Pay & Benefits 

  • $70,000–$80,000 annual salary plus bonus opportunities
