This is your opportunity to become the backbone of payroll accuracy, benefits optimization, and strategic labor forecasting for one of the most unique and prestigious private clubs in the country.What You'll DoYou'll take ownership of three high-impact pillars: Payroll, Benefits Management, and Transportation & Perks Administration while providing analytical insights that keep the Club's largest expense categories aligned with operational goals.Payroll LeadershipOwn full-cycle payroll: weekly for hourly staff, biweekly for salary staffMaintain deductions, garnishments, benefits premiums & adjustmentsProcess and track bonuses (annual, performance, holiday, revenue-based, etc.)Analyze weekly payroll data, highlight discrepancies, correct errorsTrack overtime, labor trends, and payroll-to-revenue performanceTrain managers on payroll procedures and uphold system-wide accuracyReconcile job codes, cost centers, and GL allocationsProcess commissions for trainers, pros, and event staffEnsure accuracy of service charge distributionsMaintain compliant payroll records and support budget developmentBenefits ManagementOwn benefits billing audit, reconcile, and correct accuratelyLiaise with vendors to resolve billing variances and obtain creditsTrack PTO usage and accrual accuracySupport annual benefits RFP process (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, etc.)Conduct routine audits across payroll and benefits systemsEnsure deductions always match enrollmentsTransportation AdministrationHelp manage one of BHI's most unique workforce operations: ferry transportation.
