In this role, you will be the go-to expert for payroll operations for our Finnish entity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for employees and stakeholders. What you’ll doOversee the preparation, validation, and transmission of payroll data to our external service providerReview payroll accounting results (salaries, social security, payroll taxes)Act as the main contact for employees, authorities, and HR on payroll-related topicsManage time tracking and absence data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and complianceEnsure compliance with Finnish payroll tax and social security regulationsReconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts in SAPSupport audits, reporting, and payroll-related projects in an international environment What we’re looking forCompleted Finance/Accounting degree (Bachelor or equivalent) or payroll accountant apprenticeshipStrong knowledge of Finnish payroll tax and social security law5+ years’ experience in payroll/accounting rolesFluent Finnish speaker with strong business English skillsProficient in SAP, MS Excel, and comfortable working cross-functionallyA self-starter with strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindsetTravel: up to 10%If you’re passionate about payroll, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
