Requirements Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related work experience preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in general accounting (preferred or per employer requirement). Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work productively with limited supervision and under deadline pressure. Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and payroll information. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Responsibilities The Payroll Accountant supports Aspire - Rural Health System by performing payroll, accounting, financial reporting, and analytical tasks. The role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with policies and regulations, and contributes to ongoing improvements in hospital operations while providing key support to the Finance Department, General Accounting, and the Corporate Controller/CFO.
