About the Role:A growing construction company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to support daily payroll operations for roughly 800 employees. This role is onsite 5 days a week.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit required payroll and certified payroll reportsSupport union wage updates, reporting, and apprenticeship-related activitiesMaintain accurate employee payroll, tax, and personal informationHandle payroll adjustments, employee status changes, and correctionsAssist with quarterly and year-end payroll activities and reconciliationsSupport retirement contributions and paid time off trackingProvide backup support for payroll processing, filings, and auditsQualificationsMinimum 3 years payroll experienceExperience supporting complex payroll environments with compliance requirementsStrong understanding of payroll taxes, reporting, and audit supportDetail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working under deadlinesClear communicator who partners well across functions
