We provide integrated and cost-effective security solutions for commercial and residential security guard services in California including Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura, and Sacramento. We have a diverse range of services to meet our customers' requirements and have a broad geographic footprint to meet demand for security patrol services, camera surveillance and executive protection.We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to help our H.R. department carry out all payroll procedures with speed and accuracy. Come join our team in our brand-new corporate office in West Hills, Ca.Responsibilities and duties:Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employeesReview and audit timecardsEfficiently process payroll by ensuring that we are complying with federal and state wage and hour laws. Prepare and transmit bi-weekly payrollEnsure employee payroll is processed accurately and timelyProcess garnishments and wage ordersUpdate employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment statusProvides payroll information by answering questions and requests.Process employees' inquiries and respond in a timely manner.Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in payroll and labor legislation.Assists with processing terminations, when needed.Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.Requirements: Minimum of 5+ year of experience within payroll departments in providing support for payrollExperience using ADP or other very similar payroll system (Preferred)Strong attention to detail requiredStrong computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)Strong verbal/written communication skillsPrevious experience in Human Resources or relatedGeneral knowledge of labor and employment lawsGood problem-solving abilitiesData Entry SkillsSense of urgencyJob Type: Full-timeBenefits: 401(k), Health insurance, Paid time offAbility to Commute: Woodland Hills, CA 91367 (Required)Ability to Relocate: Woodland Hills, CA 91367: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
