We are looking for a dynamic Payroll Administrator to help us ensure our valued employees are compensated accurately and on time. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of trust and reliability, reflecting our core values.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Maintaining payroll records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Addressing and resolving payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
  • Collaborating with HR to manage employee PTO and deductions.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changing legislation and best practices in payroll processing.
  • Assisting with year-end processing and reporting, including W-2s and 1099s.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ADP Workforcenow
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, The range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 based upon experience. Medical and dental plans with employer contribution, 401K retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more!
