Evapco is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our corporate office team in Taneytown, MD at our Global World Headquarters. The ideal candidate will have experience running payrolls and coordinating employee benefits in a corporate environment. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and timely. Coordinate employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Maintain payroll and benefits records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits. Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll and benefits administration. Prepare and submit required payroll reports and documentation. Assist with audits and compliance reviews related to payroll and benefits. Qualifications Proven experience in payroll and benefits coordination within a corporate office setting. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
