Payroll Benefits Specialist Apply
This is a full-time on-site role located in Birmingham, AL for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist. The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, maintaining accurate employee benefit records, and addressing employee inquiries. The role includes analyzing benefits data, collaborating with payroll staff, and assisting employees with enrollment and claims. Additionally, the Payroll & Benefits Specialist will support continuous improvement efforts in employee benefits processes. Qualifications Strong skills in Benefits Administration, Employee Benefits management and Payroll Proficient Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for addressing employee inquiries and concerns effectively Attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Experience with ADP or any other Payroll system, 401k, Dental and Inssurance platforms Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations around employee benefits Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred SPANISH proficiency is a MUST for the role Strong communication skills, teamwork, leadership, and employee development is essential for the position Only candidates who fulfill all the requirements, particularly Spanish proficiency, will be taken into consideration #J-18808-Ljbffr
