Payroll Business Analyst Apply
Role: Payroll Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Assist with End-to-end testing, Unit testing and regression testing
Document and test controls for new processes
Assist with time entry and time adjustment processes
Assist with year-end processing, including 401K validations, W-2 and W-2c preparation.
Assist with special projects as required.
Recommend new processes to improve performance and efficiency within the payroll function.
Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
At least 3 years of payroll exposure.
Workday experience is required.
Experience evaluating, analyzing, and resolving unique and complex problems, and recommending solutions.
High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Dedicated attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent internal customer service.
Great time management and organization skills.
Motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
