Responsibilities:
• Process payroll data accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle payroll adjustments related to bonuses, different shifts, and project-specific details.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure payroll deadlines are met efficiently.
• Utilize payroll software such as Sage and spreadsheets to manage payroll operations.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for payroll activities.
• Address payroll queries and issues promptly, providing clear and effective solutions.
• Work closely with the accounts payable team to support overall financial operations.
• Ensure proper handling of garnishments and other payroll deductions.
• Adapt to project-specific payroll requirements, including union worker compensation.
• Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll-related processes.• Proven experience in payroll processing, including full-cycle payroll.
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as Sage and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to manage payroll for 101-500 employees with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of payroll garnishments and deductions.
• Excellent communication skills to address payroll-related inquiries.
• Ability to adapt to project-specific and union payroll requirements.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to accuracy.
