Payroll Clerk - Temporary Apply
Randstad is looking for a a Payroll Clerk to join our team in the Seminole County region and be available for projects. This role requires someone with a strong focus on details and organization, as well as experience in payroll processing and record-keeping. The responsibilities of this position include efficiently and accurately processing payroll, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records. These duties are crucial to ensuring the financial operations of the company run smoothly. salary: $20 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Processing and verifying employee timesheets and attendance records.
- Calculating and processing payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintaining and updating employee payroll records.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
- Preparing and distributing paychecks or direct deposits.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
- Preparing and submitting payroll tax reports and payments.
- Collaborating with HR and accounting departments to ensure accurate payroll and benefits information.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of employee payroll and personal information.
