Payroll CoordinatorLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator who will support the organization by processing payroll accurately and assisting with general HR functions. This part-time role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in payroll systems who can manage time-sensitive tasks while supporting broader HR operations.Responsibilities:Process weekly or biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy in hours, wages, deductions, and adjustments.Review and validate timesheets, address discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies.Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, and direct deposit updates.Assist with benefits-related updates, leave tracking, and HRIS data entry as needed.Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, tax forms, and timekeeping.Support HR with onboarding documentation, personnel file maintenance, and routine compliance tasks.Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits, reconciliations, and year-end processing.Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure accurate communication with any third-party payroll or benefits vendors.Qualifications:Prior experience processing payroll (ADP, Paylocity, Ceridian, or similar systems preferred).Familiarity with basic HR practices such as onboarding, employee changes, and data entry.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.Ability to work part-time hours consistently (schedule can be customized based on business needs).Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general HRIS usage.Strong communication and customer service skills.Hours:Part-time, up to 25 hours per weekWorksite Type:5 days in officeEmployment Type:Contract/TemporaryAt LHH Recruitment Solutions, our colleagues specialize in eight different practice areas including Human Resources.
