This hybrid role requires working in the office three days per week. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and an interest in payroll operations and employee data management.This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build experience in payroll administration within a structured and deadline-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately input, initiate, and update employee payroll transactions in payroll and timekeeping systems in accordance with payroll schedules to ensure timely and accurate compensation.Create and update employee on-cycle pay lines, off-cycle payments, and online check processes.Maintain strong attention to detail when reviewing payroll data and resolving discrepancies.Collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization to gather information and resolve payroll-related inquiries.Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.Required Qualifications (Must Have)Associate’s degree OR one or more years of relevant work experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Desired QualificationsExperience with end-to-end payroll processing.Experience using Google Sheets.Experience working with PeopleSoft payroll systems.Work EnvironmentHybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Lake Mary, FL).Collaborative, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and development.
