Job Description:
The Payroll Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience related to payroll services. The role involves processing orders, handling customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, and maintaining accurate customer records. Additionally, the representative will handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with company communication policies.Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Update and maintain customer records.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality service.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Paylocity, Paychex, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
