Overview Payroll/HRIS Analyst at Top Stack. We are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst with deep expertise in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to support HR and Payroll operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing payroll reports, system configurations, and integrations—ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ADP WFN payroll and reporting. Design, build, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts from scratch to meet business and compliance needs. Configure and optimize payroll system workflows, security roles, and modules within ADP WFN. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to identify system needs and implement scalable solutions. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data or configuration errors. Support payroll cycles through validation, testing, and audit processes. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls related to payroll and HR data. Document system processes, configuration changes, and reporting standards. Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, with at least 2 years focused on ADP Workforce Now (payroll, reporting, and configuration). Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and HR data management. Proven ability to design and build reports/configurations from scratch in ADP WFN. Experience with system testing, data audits, and troubleshooting. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.); SQL/report writing experience is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
