CV Resources is partnering exclusively on a Payroll Manager search for a dynamic and growing organization based in Bend, Oregon (relocation support available within OR).

You’ll report directly to leadership and take ownership of payroll for approximately 110 employees across a mix of hourly production and corporate staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on environments and enjoys being the go-to expert.

• Own end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing across the organization

• Lead and optimize payroll operations in Paycor

• Partner closely with accounting and leadership on reporting, audits, and compliance

• Manage timekeeping processes for a high-volume hourly workforce

• Troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements and system efficiencies

• Support ongoing ERP consolidation projects 

• Act as a strategic problem solver, not just a processor

Must-Have:

• Strong experience managing hourly payroll environments

• Hands-on expertise with Paycor

• Proven ability to own payroll end-to-end with minimal oversight

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in food manufacturing or production environments

• Background supporting system implementations or conversions

• Salary: $95,000 – $130,000

• Bonus: 10%

• Relocation: Available (within Oregon)
