The Payroll Manager will manage a team of individuals responsible for end-to-end Payroll delivery of 18,000 US and Puerto Rico (PR) employees (union and non-union) using two payroll systems, SAP and Workday, and five time keeping systems that integrate with SAP and Workday. The role works with vendors, Payroll Time, HR, IS and other business units to share best practices, deliver projects, and facilitate lessons learned. In addition, the role sets deadlines and effectively coordinates activities to deliver objectives. The role also drives process improvements and assists in the evaluation and redesign of processes and technical solutions.

Must Haves
- A relevant bachelor's degree with five years of payroll including time experience (inclusive of 2 years leading a team) or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Workday and/or SAP payroll module experience, SAP required.
- Experience in a shared services environment and SAAS Systems.
- Knowledge of HR practices, laws, policies and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with multi-state and multi-company payroll.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Previous experience managing teams.
