PAYROLL MANAGER
Findlay, Ohio
Fusco Personnel is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations within a complex, multi-state environment. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to senior HR leadership, with future people-management responsibility as the function continues to scale.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical payroll expertise, a compliance-focused mindset, and experience supporting hourly and salaried populations in a fast-paced, multi-shift setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end, multi-state payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and payroll tax regulations
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits
- Oversee payroll-related retirement plan contributions
- Maintain payroll and timekeeping systems; support HRIS implementation
- Develop standardized payroll procedures and train stakeholders
- Partner with HR and Finance on compensation and planning initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-site payroll experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and timekeeping platforms (Paycor or similar preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and discretion
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; payroll certification a plus
Salary:
- $100k-115k
