Payroll Manager | Hybrid (Northampton) | Full TimeHybrid role with some travel to our Northampton office.Salary £DOE We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the end‑to‑end UK payroll operation in a medium–large, SOX‑governed organisation.You’ll be responsible for accurate, compliant payroll delivery, robust controls, payroll & time and attendance systems, and continuous improvement. This role also leads and develops a payroll team and acts as the key contact for HMRC, auditors, and senior stakeholders, working closely with UK and US teams.About you:Proven UK payroll leadership experienceStrong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, pensions & HMRCExperience in SOX-controlled environmentsCIPP qualified (CIPD Associate level or equivalent)Strong Excel, stakeholder management and people leadership skillsBright Horizons is an inclusive employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
