Generates and submits the required weekly certified payroll reports to various project owners and government agencies. Reviews subcontractor payroll reports for compliance and coordinates the receipt thereof.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:* Import/Key Timecard Records* Process Weekly Payroll within Viewpoint Software* Attach Payroll Related Documents to Employee and Job Records* Assist Employees with Payroll Related Questions* Generate and Distribute Weekly Certified Payroll Reports* Process Employment Verifications* Maintain Prevailing Wage Rates* Monitor Subcontract Prevailing Wage Requirements* Communicate With Project Teams Regarding Reporting Requirements**SKILLS AND ABILITIES:*** Proficient in learning and using payroll related software. Familiarity with programs such as: Viewpoint, Workday, AASHTOWare, and LCP Tracker preferred.* Good analytical skills for troubleshooting payroll related issues* Ability to work in a team-oriented office setting* Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize urgent tasks**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**No degree required but some payroll related experience is preferred.**WORKING CONDIDTIONS:**Working hours are M – F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with some overtime required as needed. Work area is in a secure climate-controlled building. The space is an open concept design to allow for easy collaboration with other team members.
