Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including hours worked, deductions, and benefits.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll processing.
• Prepare and distribute payroll-related reports for management and auditing purposes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate and updated employee information is reflected in payroll systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Familiarity with federal and state labor laws and regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
