Our client is hiring for a hybrid Payroll Specialist to join their Human Resources team. We are also open to candidates currently based in or commuting from the following areas: Short Hills, New Jersey , and New York, New York . Responsibilities Process US multi-state semi-monthly, equity and off-cycle payrolls for approximately 670 employees Help with international payrolls as needed Assist with employee questions on payroll and taxes Keep up to speed with multi-state reporting and withholding requirements Research and address payroll tax related issues Assist with various payroll-related audits and surveys Work on other HR/payroll related matters as needed Requirements MUST HAVE experience with payroll processing for equity AND/OR Workday payroll experience 5+ years of relevant experience Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of multi-state withholdings requirements and ability to reconcile W-2 forms Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle various projects simultaneously, as well as adapt to changes in project direction and priorities Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively represent the firm in a professional manner #J-18808-Ljbffr
