We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director to join our team in Granville, Ohio. This role involves overseeing payroll operations, benefits administration, and recruitment processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in multi-state payroll and employee management, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete payroll cycle, including bi-monthly payroll processing for over 500 employees.
• Administer multi-state payroll operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• Audit payroll deductions and match invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
• Oversee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and resolving employee inquiries.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.
• Address employee questions and concerns related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with various departments and sites to ensure consistent communication and HR support.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance payroll efficiency and streamline HR operations.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processing and multi-state payroll operations.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now for payroll and employee record management.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with processing payroll for large teams, ideally over 500 employees.
• Proven ability to handle onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent analytical skills to audit payroll deductions and resolve discrepancies.
• Effective communication and organizational skills to address employee concerns and manage HR functions.
