Robert Half has a valued client in the greater Springfield area in their search of a Payroll/Time & Attendance Coordinator to join their HR Department. Ideal candidates will have experience with timecards, time and attendance software, and payroll/HRIS systems.
Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Review and approve submitted timesheets to ensure proper documentation and adherence to guidelines.
• Track employee attendance records and generate comprehensive attendance reports.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date records for payroll and attendance, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in preparing payroll-related reports for management and audits.
• Contribute to improving payroll processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to payroll and employee compensation.
• Support the payroll function within a manufacturing environment, adapting practices to industry-specific needs.

•1 year of experience in payroll experience.
• Proficiency in using ADP payroll systems.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
