You'll collaborate closely with families to deliver care that is both clinically sound and emotionally supportive.Core Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to pediatric clientsAdminister medications, monitor vitals, and manage medical equipment (e.g., G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators)Identify changes in condition and respond appropriatelyCommunicate clearly and compassionately with families and caregiversDocument all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accuratelySupport families through education and empowermentQualifications:Active RN license in New York State (required)Pediatric experience preferred, but strong interest and willingness to learn are welcomeBLS and PALS certifications (preferred)Familiarity with pediatric home care technology is a plusStrong clinical judgment, communication skills, and empathyReliable, professional, and able to work independentlyMust be able to commute to assigned home care cases in WestchesterLocations & Schedule:In-person care in Westchester countyDaytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts availablePart-time and per diem roles | 1640 hours/weekBenefits Include:401(k) retirement planHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Completion and referral bonusesContinuing education opportunities
