We are looking for an experienced Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Pega solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Pega along with the ability to communicate effectively in German and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a client‑facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
design, architecture, and development of Pega-based applications.
Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in Pega development are followed.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions.
Design and implement case management, integration, and workflow solutions using Pega Platform.
Ensure application quality through code reviews, performance tuning, and adherence to Pega guardrails .
Mentor and guide development teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
Work closely with German‑speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and requirement alignment.
Support deployment, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives .
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on experience in Pega development .
Fluency in German (mandatory) – both written and spoken.
Strong experience in Pega 7.x/8.x platform , including case management and decisioning frameworks.
Expertise in PRPC architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP), and UI development .
Good understanding of Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and best practices .
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models .
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working on Customer Decision Hub (CDH) .
Domain exposure to Travel Industry (Airlines, Railways, or Transport sectors).
Experience in large‑scale enterprise implementations and stakeholder management.

Ability to work in distributed onsite‑offshore environments
