Work Location Latin America (including Peru, Mexico, Brazil) Overview Rules Cube is growing! We are looking for talented Pega Lead/Senior System Architects to join our team. Role Pega Lead System Architect / Pega Senior System Architect Location & Remote Opportunities Opportunities across LATAM. Potential for remote work depending on the client and particular project. Must have authorization to work in LATAM. Responsibilities Architect and design business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega. Provide thought‑leadership to clients across business and technical dimensions solving complex business requirements. Develop and demonstrate advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features. Work in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk. Ensure the business and technical architecture matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commit to Customer Success (realization of business benefit). Participate in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base. Required Experience / Skills Hands‑on, collaborative individual with experience working with technical architects, business users and engineers. 5+ years experience building and implementing model‑driven, enterprise‑level business solutions and applications. Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Demonstrated knowledge of Object‑Oriented techniques and principles. Exposure to a variety of technologies, including WebSphere or WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL. Key role in delivering functional, robust and scalable system architectures. Partnered with clients ensuring requirements aligned with delivered solution. Provided technical training and user support to technical and business groups. Education & Pega Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Senior System Architect (PCSSA). Lead System Architect (CLSA). Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) – nice‑to‑have. Marketing Consultant (PCMC) – nice‑to‑have.
