This Pega Test Lead role will involve leading testing activities for Pega-based digital and automation solutions, including Pega Robotics and Pega Decision Management. The ideal Pega Test Lead will have strong experience in test automation, test strategy definition, and leadership of QA teams within Pega environments. This Pega Test Lead position requires hands-on expertise in Pega testing tools and frameworks, along with the ability to collaborate closely with development and business teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions. Pega Testing and QA Leadership Pega Robotics (OpenSpan) Pega Platform Pega Decision Management Test Automation frameworks Digital and RPA testing strategies Defect management and test reporting The Pega Test Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and leading testing efforts across Pega-based applications. This role focuses on ensuring quality across automation, decision management, and digital workflows by defining test strategies, managing test execution, and driving defect resolution. The Pega Test Lead will work closely with developers, business stakeholders, and automation teams to ensure test coverage, system reliability, and adherence to quality standards. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and hands-on testing expertise are critical for success in this role.
