In summary, the project is software that Client will be taking over from a vendor. The application was written in Ruby on Rails and was running on AWS. Client wants to port it over to .NET and run it on Azure. Client will need an architect who will design and oversee the migration from the AWS environment to the .NET/Azure platform.
.Net Cloud Architect (Face to Face Interview)

The method of interview is Round 1 virtual via Teams, then Round 2 in-person at The Keystone Building Harrisburg, PA)
Skills and Experience:
Required 10+ years
Experience with object-oriented development
Experience with .Net applications development.
Experience with relational database development
Strong oral and written communication skills
Required 7+ years
Experience in web service design & development (SOAP/XML and REST/JSON) for enterprise
Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, front end JavaScript technologies such as Angular, React, etc.
Experience developing web services, especially secured web services and web services with attachments
Experience with unit test development, testing, and implementation in SDLC
Required 5+ years
Experience in deploying applications to Azure cloud
Experience with various authentication protocols
Experience architecting, developing, & designing web applications to meet business requirements
Experience in DevOps products, specifically Azure DevOps
Experience mentoring and leading technical teams
Qualifications
Required: Applicants are required to have these qualifications:
- Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion
- Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA)
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
- Experience designing for platform technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, Android)
- Experience applying WAI-ARIA authoring guidelines and best practices
- Experience optimizing for the accessibility features of the platform (HTML, iOS, Android)
- Experience developing digital products that comply with accessibility standards
