RESPONSIBILITIES
The People Operations Coordinator reports to and works in conjunction with the Director People Operations & Compliance to support People Operations initiatives and ensure a supportive, transparent, and consistent employee experience for the Common App employees. This individual will support payroll, benefits administration, new hire orientations, data integrity, recruiting, performance management, employee training, and People Operations compliance activities. Additionally, they will work in tandem with the VP People Operations and other People Operations team members to coordinate other aspects of the employee life-cycle and organizational development, employee engagement, and being a champion of the culture we are building.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
This role requires:
- Candidates must live in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 2-4 years of experience within the HR field with at least 1-2 years of benefits experience.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
