It also offers infrastructure development through NFI Infrastructure Solutions, a service dedicated to providing safe, sustainable, and reliable charging and mobility solutions.As a key member of the Human Resources team, the People Services Administrator provides administrative and operational support across all core HR functions. This role supports employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, benefits support, employee relations documentation, and compliance tracking. The position requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing and unionized environment.What You Will Do:Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate employee data and employment changes.Support payroll administration including timecard audits, coding verification, and data entry.Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.Maintain compliance documentation including I-9s, leave tracking, and regulatory records.Provide administrative support for employee relations matters including investigations, documentation, and progressive discipline.Support grievance tracking and Collective Bargaining Agreement administration as needed.Generate HR reports and assist leadership with data requests.Assist with scheduling interviews, recruitment coordination, and reference checks.Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and internal controls.Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.What You Need To Be Successful:Two to four years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist support role.Experience in a manufacturing and/or unionized environment preferred.Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Be part of a team leading the world's electrification of mass mobilityCompetitive wages and comprehensive benefit package with immediate benefit eligibilityPaid holidays and vacation401(k) with generous company matchInclusive workplace culture that values and empowers team membersOn-the-job training in a continuous learning environmentAdvancement opportunities within our family of companiesNew Flyer is an EEO/AA/Female/Minority/Disabled/Vets Employer.
