Further information is available at position is responsible for all required assemblies and installations on coaches while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

1.       Coordinate and administer leaves of absences including FMLA, STD, LTD, and other Approved Leaves of Absences along with tracking of employee personal work restrictions log.

2.       Conducts initial intake interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters, harassment complaints and other investigations.

3.       Participate in Grievance Meetings with the Union.

4.       Post quarterly shift bump notices per the Union Contract.

5.       Assist leadership with attendance policy administration and workplace disciplines. Track and maintain discipline levels on required log.

6.       Respond to unemployment claims and participate by attending hearings on behalf of the company.

7.       Maintain company bulletin boards to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local posting requirements.

8.       Collaborate with HR team to review, roll-out and implement Human Resources policies and procedures and internal communications.

9.   Assist with scheduling monthly All Plant Meetings, including scheduling and confirming interpreter for employees.

10.   Facilitates company random drug testing program.

11.   Coordinate, track, compile and report out data for Roundtable Meetings, 30 Day Feedback Surveys, and exit interviews.

12.   Compile and prepare data for employee terminations to present to HR Manager for review. 

13.   Serve as backup for Time & Attendance data entry, daily and weekly reporting and payroll data entry as needed.

14.   Coordinate floral arrangements for various occasions with proper notification to the Union and Leadership as needed.
