Key Responsibilities:
PeopleSoft EOP Support & Issue Resolution
Act as the technical point of contact for urgent PeopleSoft issues during monthly, quarterly, and yearly EOP runs.
Investigate and resolve critical data discrepancies in PeopleSoft Financials (AR, AP, GL) that may impact financial closing.
Troubleshoot batch job failures affecting ledger postings, reconciliations, and journal processing.
Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure all PeopleSoft transactions are processed correctly and on time for reporting.

PeopleSoft Development & Enhancements
Develop, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft applications to support financial operations.
Write and optimize PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, Component Interfaces, and SQRs to meet business requirements.
Create and optimize SQL queries and database scripts to improve system performance and data retrieval accuracy.
Design, develop, and implement workflow automations to improve finance operational efficiency.

Collaboration & Business Engagement
Partner with finance and business teams to gather and analyze functional requirements for system improvements.
Proactively identify and resolve system inefficiencies affecting business operations.
Document and communicate best practices for PeopleSoft processes to ensure smooth EOP operations.

Production Support & Compliance
Provide technical support for production issues, ensuring rapid resolution with minimal business disruption.
Adhere to SOX compliance and internal audit policies when implementing data corrections.
Maintain detailed documentation of system changes, data updates, and business support procedures.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Financials (AR, AP, GL) development and production support.
Strong expertise in PeopleTool, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, and Workflow.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (Oracle) within a PeopleSoft environment.
Prior experience working directly with finance and business teams to support EOP and resolve time-sensitive data issues.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot PeopleSoft financial transaction errors and implement timely fixes.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft security concepts, system configuration, and financial controls.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and cloud migration (e.g., Oracle Cloud Fusion).
Knowledge of IT Change Control processes, SDLC, and deployment methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and DevOps methodologies
