Job Description:

Title: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant

We are looking to fill a Long-term Contract role as a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant in Columbus, Ohio

Mode of Interview: In-person

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Applicants must have the relevant experience with the following:

• Minimum 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 / 9.2 -NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation, Support, and development
• Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
• Resource having exposure to PeopleSoft application Upgrade HR 9.1/9.2 will be a plus point.
• Experience in other modules like Core HR, and Self-Service.
• Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise of around 40%.
• Having experience in Integrations and AWE is a must and PeopleSoft Functional expertise is around -60%.
• Resource having exposure to PeopleSoft financials 9.1 will be a plus point.
• Resource should be flexible to provide a daily handshake for an hour with an offshore team based out of India.
• Good Communication, Problem-solving, and Analytical skills.
• Experience in working on global projects and can coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the customer-facing role.
