Per Diem Lvn Apply
Evolve Healthcare is now hiring for per diem LVN shifts in our SNF/Post Acute Facilities in the following locations.
- Shifts can be 8 or 12 hours depending on what facility and requirements.
- All shifts Days, Evening and Nights.
- Must have 1 year SNF or Post Acute Exp.
- CA License in Good Standings
- Clean background
- Ability to pick up minimum 2 shifts per week 16 hours.
Locations consist if Yorba Linda, Pomona, Anaheim, Santa Ana.
