Job Description

  • Oversee Senior Production, Medical Management, and Reductions departments
  • Analyze performance data and identify trends to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Implement KPI-driven coaching to increase team productivity and accountability
  • Develop and execute action plans to address performance gaps
  • Lead large teams with hands-on management, coaching, and intervention when needed
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement data-backed process improvements
  • Monitor real-time KPIs and ensure consistent performance across departments
  • Partner with leadership to align departmental goals with firm strategy
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and client experience
  • Take an active, execution-focused approach to solving operational challenges


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, business intelligence, or performance-driven leadership roles
  • Experience managing large teams with 50+ indirect reports and multiple direct reports
  • Strong background in KPI ownership, performance optimization, and coaching
  • Legal industry experience required
  • Proven ability to drive data-driven process improvements in high-volume environments
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and execution skills
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
