Role: Performance Engineer

Job Description:

Experience: 7 - 10 years of experience in Performance Engineering.

Responsibilities: Extensive end-to-end experience in the performance testing life cycle.

Proficient in hands-on usage of all LoadRunner protocols.

Capable of independently analyzing business requirements, understanding non-functional requirements, and evaluating service level agreement objectives.

Competent in autonomously developing test scripts, identifying test parameters, and designing workload models for performance testing based on system specifications.

Skilled in documenting test results, interpreting data, visualizing graphs, and preparing comprehensive test reports.

In-depth understanding of complex system environments.

Strong collaborative skills to work across system development teams, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Experienced in monitoring critical infrastructure components, including Kubernetes, databases, servers, and services, to detect performance degradations and downtimes Lead and mentor the internal performance testing team.

Design, execute, and analyse performance tests using LoadRunner and JMeter.

Review system bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve application performance.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize the performance of Salesforce applications.

Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain best practices for performance testing and tuning.

Ensure performance testing aligns with business requirements and SLAs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in performance testing with LoadRunner and JMeter.

Strong understanding of Salesforce application architecture and performance optimization.

Ability to identify, analyse, and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
