Job descriptionAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a full-stack digital marketer who can own BBFT’s entire digital engine — from end-to-end brand presence to performance marketing, website, automation, and lead flow.This role is about ownership, not execution in silos. You’ll run BBFT’s digital presence like it’s your own product.CompensationCTC up to ₹7 LPA, based on experience and performance.What You’ll Own (End-to-End)1. Website, SEO & ConversionsOwn and manage the BBFT website (performance, updates, mobile responsiveness).Run SEO (on-page + off-page) for high-intent keywords.Improve conversions using CRO, A/B testing, and landing page optimisation.2. Paid Media & GrowthPlan and manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta (FB/IG) & LinkedIn.Optimise budgets for better CPA and ROAS.Build smart retargeting funnels to convert warm leads.3. Automation & SystemsSet up automated WhatsApp flows for lead nurturing and follow-ups.Build workflows using tools like Zapier. Make sure no lead is missed.Create email drip campaigns to move leads through the funnel.4. Lead Management & AnalyticsSet up GA4, tracking pixels, and funnel analytics.Share weekly/monthly reports on traffic, leads, and ad performance.Ensure clean CRM integration with proper lead attribution.What You’ll Need2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing (lead-gen or agency background preferred).Hands-on with WordPress/CMS, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, GA4.Experience with WhatsApp API tools (WATI, Interakt, AiSensy, etc.).Comfortable with automation tools like Zapier/Make.Strong analytical mindset — data over gut feeling.Problem-solver who takes full ownership, not just reports issues.What We’re Looking For (Mindset)Full-stack thinking — you understand the entire digital funnel.Fast, agile, and comfortable experimenting.You treat BBFT’s digital presence like your own startup.
