Performance Marketing ManagerThe Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of paid media campaigns for Miami Open, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, Miami Dolphins, and Hard Rock Stadium. This includes channels such as paid social media, PPC, display, CTV, Digital OOH, and programmatic advertising to generate leads and drive revenue. The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee strategy holistically in the paid media vertical, including but not limited to media mix, audience targeting, creative messaging, experimentation, call-to-action, landing page experience, result reporting, post-mortem analysis, and post-campaign nurturing through paid channels.This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with various business units to understand key marketing events and roadmap, strategize campaign efforts to achieve business unit goals, and consult on best practices to achieve success.Develop and manage paid media strategies across multiple channels, including PPC, display, social media, and programmatic advertising, to drive leads and sales for internal business units.Manage, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns daily to ensure maximum performance and ROAS.Collaborate with other teams such as creative, social, video, and brand to ensure relevant copy and assets are used to drive clicks and conversions.Partner with media agencies that support a few of our investments in specific campaign flights or always-on strategies, briefing, managing, and supporting their teams to achieve the goals.Manage relationships with partner media platforms, developing win-win opportunities for both sides.Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
