Alongside this, Dental by Design operates in one of the most competitive areas of the UK market.The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of paid acquisition across both the flagship clinic and partner network.The focus of the role is to:Generate high-quality patient enquiriesContinuously improve performanceYou will manage campaigns across:Google Ads (Search-led)MetaOperating in a highly competitive B2C environment where:Search volumes are highCompetition is intenseCost per click is significantThis is fundamentally different from lower-competition B2B campaigns. Success in this role requires the ability to:Manage complex accountsInterpret data accuratelyOptimise performance on an ongoing basisYou will be responsible for:Running campaigns directly within the platformsRefining targeting, messaging and landing pagesEnsuring that marketing spend translates into real patient bookings rather than low-quality enquiriesThis is not a strategy-only or agency management role.You will be hands-on and accountable for performance.What You Will Be DoingManaging campaigns directly within Google Ads (with a strong emphasis on Search) and Meta, taking full ownership of performance and ongoing optimisationBuilding and refining campaigns targeting high-intent patient searches, structuring accounts effectively and improving performance through continuous testing and optimisationWorking closely with landing pages and user journeys, identifying drop-off points and making adjustments to improve enquiry rates and overall conversionAnalysing performance data in detail, using platform insights and conversion data to make informed decisionsImproving cost per lead, conversion rates and lead quality over timeManaging campaigns across multiple clinics, adapting messaging, targeting and positioning depending on the services offered and the profile of each practiceThe CandidateWe are looking for a true paid media specialist with a strong, in-depth understanding of paid advertising.Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (particularly Search-led campaigns) and Meta within lead generation environmentsExperience operating in highly competitive markets, not lower-competition B2B environmentsStrong ability to analyse performance data, interpret campaign behaviour and identify improvementsConfidence working across targeting, bidding strategy, ad copy and landing page performanceProven experience personally managing and optimising campaigns with measurable resultsA key indicator for this role is the scale and complexity of campaigns you have worked on.Candidates who have managed larger budgets will typically have:Greater exposure to testingStronger optimisation experienceMore familiarity with complex dataThis role is not suited to:Generalist marketersBrand or content-focused profilesHow to ApplyPlease submit your CV along with a brief summary of:Campaigns you have managedPlatforms usedBudget levelsResults achieved (e.g. improvements in CPL, conversion rates or scaling performance)
