Job Description Job Title: Performance Tester Location: Smithfield, RI Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Job Description: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with IT. At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design. At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Delivery including Performance Testing. At least 4 years of experience in Performance testing, analysis (client side and server side) and reporting skills. At least 3 years of experience in non‑functional requirements with various stakeholders. At least 4 years of experience in tools like HP LoadRunner, HP Diagnostics, Dynatrace or CA Introscope along with open‑source and native performance tools for Web/App and DB layers. At least 3 years working knowledge in debugging performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools; interaction with various stakeholders for performance issue resolution. At least 3 years of experience of PT phases and pre‑requisites for data setup. Ability to work in a team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment. Ability to lead/handle a team up to 10 core engineers from local or remote places is expected. Experience with Financial domain is preferred. Analytical skills. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Preferred At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design; solid experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts.
