Salary Range: xx49,483 - 80,828/annually (based on education and experience)
The Food and Nutrition Department provides high quality nutrition care to our patients and guests. The Food and Nutrition Clinical Supervisor job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- The Clinical Nutrition Supervisor is a valued leader in the Food and Nutrition Department
- Leads the clinical nutrition team in providing evidence based nutrition care
- Responsible for clinical nutrition team and diet office/call center
- Collaborates with the medical team
- Leads clinical nutrition performance improvement projects
- Provides nutrition education and training to healers in the department and the health system
- Preceptor for Dietetic Interns
- Super User for nutrition software

- Completion of a BS degree program approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that leads to registration as a Registered Dietitian - Required
- Basic knowledge of subspecialty areas (nutrition support, diabetes, cardiology, renal, oncology, etc.) - Required
- Registration with the CDR and an Oklahoma State Dietitian license. - Required
- Must obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health dept. before hire (or within 1 week of hire). - Required
- Two years of clinical experience in an acute care facility. - Required
- Previous experience working in a clinical diet office or previous supervisory experience at a clinical diet office. - Required
