_{We are seeking a dedicated Cardiology Invasive Specialist to join our Cath Lab team. This role supports interventional cardiovascular procedures and electrophysiology studies by providing technical expertise, patient care, and procedural assistance in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.}

• _{Prepare procedure trays and maintain sterile technique prior to patient arrival.}

• _{Collaborate with Cath Lab staff to efficiently manage and execute the daily schedule.}

• _{Troubleshoot and operate complex cardiovascular equipment.}

• _{Ensure accurate billing and documentation for procedures and supplies.}

• _{Review and verify procedure requisitions, ensuring correct orders and indications.}

• _{Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment, procedural updates, and supply inventory.}

• _{Monitor, record, and document procedural data including EKGs and pressure tracings.}

• _{Follow infection prevention protocols through proper sterilization and decontamination.}

• _{Perform patient assessments and tailor care based on individual needs.}

• _{Assist in reducing case turnover time by preparing for upcoming procedures.}

• _{Support departmental operations through professionalism, communication, and teamwork.}

• _{Participate in performance improvement and quality control initiatives.}

• _{Other duties as assigned.}

• _{Education: Associate's Degree in Applied Science}

• _{Certification: One of the following is required:}

  • _{ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)}

  • _{CCI Certification (Cardiovascular Credentialing International)}

  • _{RCIS Certification (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)}

• _Experience:

  • _{1+ years in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory}

  • _{1+ years in Electrophysiology (EP) procedures}

• _{Certifications:}

  • _{BLS (Basic Life Support) American Heart Association}

  • _{ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) American Heart Association}

  • _{CVT Certificate Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)}
