_{We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team in Robbinsdale, MN. This role supports efficient patient flow and assists providers in delivering care across a wide range of age groups-from infants to geriatrics. The CMA focuses on collaborative, delegated clinical and administrative tasks as defined by the Blaze Health Medical Assistant scope of practice.}

• _{Perform standard rooming procedures}

• _{Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed}

• _{Collect laboratory specimens}

• _{Perform clinic-based lab tests and phlebotomy duties}

• _{Support x-ray procedures (if x-ray certified or willing to certify)}

• _{Assist with prescription refills and telephone communication with patients}

• _{Serve as liaison between patients and providers}

• _{Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR}

• _{Maintain skill proficiency and complete required competencies}

• _{Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations}

• _{Report compliance concerns via established protocols}

• _{Participate in quality and regulatory processes}

_Education:

• _{High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Required}

• _{Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program Required}

• _{Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Required}

• _{Passed x-ray operator exam or willingness to complete if required by clinic}

_Experience:

• _{Previous experience in a clinical setting Required}
