This full-time, permanent position plays a vital role in optimizing patient outcomes through expert clinical care, staff education, evidence-based practice, and collaboration with the healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced knowledge in cardiovascular or acute care nursing and a passion for improving care delivery across the continuum.}

• _{Serve as an expert clinician, consultant, and resource for nursing staff to improve patient care and outcomes.}

• _{Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.}

• _{Facilitate the implementation of evidence-based practices, policies, and procedures.}

• _{Provide clinical consultation including differential diagnosis and recommendations for care management.}

• _{Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease management, and lifestyle adjustments.}

• _{Lead and support quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data-driven methods to drive practice change.}

• _{Collaborate with staff and leadership on resource allocation, workflow improvement, and patient safety strategies.}

_Education:

• _{Master's degree in Nursing Clinical Nurse Specialist track}

_{Licensure & Certification:}

• _{Active Registered Nurse (RN) license South Dakota (or compact state)}

• _{Additional certifications in specialty areas preferred}

_Experience:

• _{Minimum of 3 years of acute care RN experience}

• _{Prior experience in a clinical leadership or educator role preferred}
