Position- Director of Rehabilitation
Facility- Orchard Park Health and Rehabilitation Center
Address- 4755 S 48th St, Tacoma, WA 98409
Duration- Permanent (FTE)
Shift- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 40 hours Monday-Friday Weekend Rotation

Salary range: Varies depending on discipline)
Cannot take new
147 beds - SNF setting.
2+ years of DOR experience is ideal.
