Salary Range Hourly: $25/hour (for a new grad); $29/hour Maximum (for a candidate with a lot of experience)

The LPN supports the primary care providers in the delivery of health care to patients by performing a variety of activities and procedures which are prescript by and performed under the direction of the primary care provider(s) or registered nurse licensed in New Hampshire. The Office Nurse (LPN) is integrally involved in observation and care of the ill, injured or infirm and safeguards the life and health of patients. The LPN actively directs of patient flow within the office, assists in patient education and is responsible for keeping clinical areas in appropriate condition for efficient delivery of health care services. Requirement description :
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. - Required
- 1 year in clinical or practice setting - Preferred
- Will accept new grads!
- NH State licensure as LPN - Required
- BLS Certification - Required
- Cover page, if applicable (not required)

- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to specialty
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past two years of employment
- License/Certifications (NH license (or compact), BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
